All of our turf smoked salmon comes as a fillet, ready to be sliced and enjoyed.

At the Haven Smokehouse we like to cut our salmon straight down vertically,Sashimi style.  

In keeping a fillet in one piece, rather than paper-thin slicing, we allow the salt and smoke to migrate through the flesh slowly, ensuring an even balance of flavours, and melt in the mouth feel throughout the whole fish.  

This gives you a much better cross-section of the flavours, from the salt to the smoke and the fish.
